End of an Era

If Blair would have made better choices, he would still be employed.

Dowd: Tale of Two Tonys, unsatisfying endings

I am one of few people on the planet who didn't get catch Soprano fever. The violence was simply too much for me. While the world was watching the finale, I was in a local pub with a few of my former ball players plotting my return to the team.

Dowd like many fans was not happy how the show left you "hangin." Many contacted their local cable company believing there was a blackout.

Oh how I wish, the voting public would contact their elected leaders with the same zeal when meaningless bills are passed and we are left "hangin."

Neocons chapped asses

It is sad now that Blair has nothing to lose, he exercises the judgement that could have kept him from Shrub and in office.

His diplomatic efforts must chap the neocons asses....

Blair channels Shrub

Tony Blair was once a very popular Prime Minister until he came under the influence of Shrub. How sad.

The one blessing that the Brits have over their biggest ally, the vote of no confidence.

Lucky bastards.

Blair's Platinum Career Day

Tony Blair's friendship with Shrub cost him his political career. Blair is young and has a young family. As his rocky career comes to a crashing end, he has arranged a Career Day for his next gig.

I wonder if there any openings for jock strap holders?

I'm sure Shrub would give him a good reference.

It's not you it's me, Tony Blair ends love affair

Tony Blair's friendship with Shrub was compared to FDR and Churchill. This friendship clearly has a different ending. Blair sacrificed his political career for the misadventures into Iraq. The climate in England has prompted Blair to announce a timetable for withdrawing his troops.

What is stunning to me is the reaction from the administration. Cheney announced this just proves the success of the mission.
HUH?

So why is when the Dems call for a gradual withdraw of troops it's "cut and run"?
